Dear Mr Martin
RE: Frederick Andrews Junior
On the 5th October I wrote to you via my Member of Parliament, Alderman Peter Robinson. You will remember that I requested specific information which would allow our family to have Freddie released from Care into family care:
'Firstly, a formal statement of Freddie's legal status;
Secondly, an explanation of the process by which Freddie's family can appply to transfer him from Care into the protection of a family-based Trust. If you feel unable to help directly with this information then please can you direct us to those who can?'
(5th October 1992)
Despite the involvement of our Member of Parliament you have so far chosen to ignore our request for information.
For clarity I will reiterate the information we seek. Please do not feel that you should continue to ignore this request.
1. Under exactly which terms of the 1986 Order is Frederick Andrews Jnr. in Care?
2. How should our family proceed if we wish to have him released from care.
3. If hou are unwilling to supply this information then can you direct the family to the appropriate agency who will?
Mrs Eileen Wright
