My letter to the DPP dated 14/2/1988.

Dear Sir Barry

After our nine year fight for justice for our mentally handicapped brother Freddie Andrews and the evidence given to your office, by two experienced Fraud Detectives, after a three and a half year indepth investigation where they exposed fraud, forgery, malpractice and misappropriation, we would hope before you retire in the near future, that your directions will be given to the R.U.C. for action.

Since putting my complaints to the Law Society, Mr H Wright, late of Messrs Tughan & Co., has been struck off for 3 years and the firm of Messrs Tughan & Co., are to be brought before a Disciplinary Committee.

The Ryland Vehicle Group who paid Mr. H. Wright 375,000 for Freddie's property are now taking action against him for selling property when Mr. H. Wright had no good or marketable title. Unfortunately this deal was never mentioned in the Courts and Freddie did not get his property back or the 375,000. So I do hope you will understand why we will never give up until Justice is seen to be done.

Putting us through closed courts where decisions were taken behind closed doors and without our consent was not in the patient's interest. It was a total waste of time and money as the Judge was ill-informed and not given the true facts.
