Dear Mr. Simpson,
Your letter of 8th November as a reply to mine of 17th October addressed to the Lord Chancellor is futile and unacceptable.
To ask the Court to rerview my brother's case would be to provide a forum for further dictation, orchestration, concoction, collusion, distortion and equivocation by Brian Hall.
We, the family of my mentally handicapped brother, require an instrument of Justice free from the interference, machinations and intrigue of F. Frian Hall.
To this end I shall once again address myself to the Lord Chancellor and thus seek redress.
