A Letter from Downing Street to me dated 8/7/86.

Dear Mrs. Wright,

The Prime Minister has asked me to thank you for your further letter of 29 May.

The affairs of your brother appear to have been thoroughly investigated in the Family Division of the High Court in Belfast and the Judge has now concluded the hearing. You were legally represented at the court proceedings and have, I understand, been granted the liberty of further review of relevant questions if any should arise.

I can only suggest that you seek the advice of your legal representative on any points on which you remain unhappy.

Yours sincerely,

Charles Powell.

[This information is untrue - you will notice that Mrs. Deirdre Bowers the, then, Official Solicitor, sold property in 1987. We are now into the fifth Official Solicitor and no nearer the truth. What did the third Official Solicitor sell to Laing?]
