Your client can be assured that I would have no intention of not retaining sufficient funds to care for Freddie for his lifetime.
Whilst your clients agreement with any proposals I put to the Court will be desirable you will appreciate that it is not essential, but I would be most obliged if your client were to contact my office to make an appointment to see me so we can discuss this matter further. I am quite happy for him to attend with a solicitor if it is considered necessary.
