A letter from the Ulster Bank to me dated August 22nd 1994.

Dear Mrs Wright

I refer to your letter of 18 August 1994

I have checked our records and I find from them that Mr M J McAteer of Carson & McAteer, Solicitors was appointed Committee for your mother's affairs by The Office of Care and Protection on 30 July 1986.

Mr McAteer was advised of Mrs Andrew's death by this office on 16 September 1987 and thereafter her affairs would appear to have been handled by a Mr Hall, a solicitor based at the Law Courts Telephone No 245081.

I hope this information is of some assistance to you.

Yours sincerely

J Galloway

I took my mother's affairs away from Herbert Wright to safeguard her interests and placed them in the hands of Ciaran McAteer. When my mother died on August 29th 1987, McAteer, who was by this time was unnecessarily appointed Committee for my mother, wrongfully handed over my mother's affairs to Brian Hall who was now a Master. Brian Hall had no right whatsoever to interfere in my mother's will or her affairs. As a Master he had no part in the day-to-day running of my mother's affairs.
